Project Owner General Services Administration Project Highlights This project involved the investigation, design, and construction administration of a $250,000.00 vegetated green roof on the GSA’s Peachtree Summit Building located in downtown Atlanta. Covering some 2,500 (combined) square feet of mechanical penthouse and stair tower roofing, these vegetated green roofs required special design procedures to ensure the new growing media stayed in place thirty plus stories above the ground.
